Change in number of shares and votes in Camurus

Lund — 30 June 2026To ensure that the company can fulfill its commitments under the long-term incentive program for employees of the Camurus group as resolved by the 2026 Annual General Meeting (Performance Share Plan 2026/2029), Camurus issued 570,000 series C shares to Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) in June 2026. All series C shares have been repurchased by Camurus and converted into common shares in accordance with a conversion provision in the articles of association.

As a result of the series C share issue with subsequent repurchase and conversion made under Performance Share Plan 2026/2029, the number of shares and votes has increased by 570,000.

Prior to the issue of series C shares, the total number of shares in Camurus amounted to 59,989,184 corresponding to 59,989,184 votes. As of 30 June 2026, the total number of shares in Camurus amounts to 60,559,184 corresponding to 60,559,184 votes.
